It’s an good evil eye =D

I created this on Jasp Paint Shop Pro 7. I first changed the hue of the whole picture and then duplicated the layer. Then, I created a mask. Next, I unsaturated the new layer just a little bit. Finall, I used the eraser to take away the top layer of the iris to show the bottom layer.

I messed up on some spots that are hard to tell unless you look closely, but I am glad it came out good.
