Symeon’s
I don’t know why, but I wanted to write about Symeon’s. It has to be the best greek restaurant in central new york, though it might be the only one. Anyways, I had lunch there today and my chicken & souvlaki combination platter with a side dish of rice pilaf was very delicious.
When my mom and me arrived there around 2, we were in a rush to get to the movies and see Step Up 2, which we didn’t make in time :|. As soon as we pulled in a parking space, I saw about 10 ladies with red hats on. I’ve heard about this club before but never actually saw them. So, I thought it was kinda weird XD. Then, we walked in the door and saw more and more, about 20 more, ladies with red hats. I thought the restaurant was taken over for a second, haha. Then we started walking with the hostess to our table and all I could hear through the silent restaurant was, “Someone lost a purple scarf! Where is the purple scarf!?” That was the funny part of my story.
Anyone visiting central new york and wants to try some greek cuisine, I strongly suggest Symeon’s. The baklava you eat will be your new favorite dessert!

This is the very delicious dressing you drizzle on your salad. You will always ask for extra once you taste it!
